I have, once again–for the thousandth time–rededicated myself to a workout plan. So, after lifting weights yesterday, I had to find a new best friend . . .
This stuff is A-W-E-S-O-M-E! My sore, achy-breaky back is now burning and tingling in the most delightful way. And I need all the help I can get because I am, once again–for the thousandth time–training for another 5k race at the end of October. I miss how wonderful it felt after finishing my first 5k last May!
Today: 1.5 miles. Tomorrow: 1.6 miles and tons more deep heating rub.
